TVG Announces Staff Promotions

TVG is extremely pleased to announce the following promotions. In each case the promotion recognizes another example of the high level of service and quality work that has earned us the ongoing confidence of many of the industry’s most successful and innovative pharmaceutical companies.

Roy John - To Senior Programmer/Analyst from Research Programmer
Roy is a member of TVG’s talented team of programmers and data analysts. His expertise is in databases, report generation, MS Office and SAS programming environments. In addition, he plays a major role in TVG’s ongoing evaluation and implementation of new technologies.

Joyce Klock - to Senior Research Associate from Research Associate
Joyce brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical marketing research experience to her role as a member of the TVG Quantitative Research Team. She provides expertise in the development of questionnaires and other survey tools, and assists with the translation of research output into instructive and informative reports and presentations.

Pam Koenig - To Business Development Director from Business Development Manager
With a solid understanding of the business issues facing today’s pharma marketers, Pam works with clients to design marketing research solutions that help move brands forward. She also works with client teams to draw up plans for Competitive Simulation WorkshopsSM and professional training options.

John Krick, MBA - To Vice President from Associate Vice President
John has over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing research, after a successful career in packaged goods advertising for such firms as Procter & Gamble, Nabisco and Sterling Drug. He is a lead member of TVG’s Qualitative Research Team, and offers expertise in the areas of strategy development, brand positioning, message development and promotion testing. He has also led several product teams through Strategy and Competitive Simulation WorkshopsSM.

Michael Tucker, Ph.D. - To Vice President from Associate Vice President
Michael is a highly experienced Marketing Research professional having designed and managed research that has informed major marketing decisions for many leading pharmaceutical companies. His experience encompasses a broad range of therapeutic areas including oncology, pain management, diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and women’s health. He is also a member of the faculty of the TVG Marketing Seminar Series and a key contributor to course content and design.

Mark Wheeler, Ph.D. - To Senior Project Director from Project Director
Mark has extensive experience conducting marketing research across multiple stages of the TVG Marketing Model, especially market assessment, brand positioning, message testing and detail aid evaluation. His experience spans a number of diverse therapeutic areas, including osteoporosis, hypertension, diabetes and asthma. Prior to joining TVG, Mark led continuing and executive education courses on the topics of managerial decision-making and critical thinking.
