DRESHER, PA - In an effort to help five families realize the dream of owning a home of their own, 20 TVG/PDI men and women picked up hammers, saws, and exercised muscles they forgot they had to join a build project led by Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, Pa.
Five new town homes are being built on the site of an abandoned mansion that had become an eyesore to the local community. The TVG/PDI teams hauled lumber, built and installed floor joists and hammered in flooring. Along the way many got to try a variety of power tools that for some was the highlight of their day!
