Location: All programs will be held at the Sofitel Philadelphia Hotel in Pennsylvania.

Seminar Fees:
Seminar fees include all course materials, plus breakfasts and lunches, and one group dinner. Lodging and other meals are the responsibility of the attendee.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received less than fourteen days before the beginning of each seminar are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
